01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GDI Official website, digital products, community platforms, and all related content and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by George Andre Banzon (doing business as Guys Did It / GDI Official).

By accessing this website, clicking "I agree," purchasing a product, subscribing to our newsletter, or otherwise using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this website. If you are under 18, you may only use this site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

You agree to use GDI Official only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute our content without prior written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content or data from the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its backend systems
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of the site

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our community or business.

04 Digital Products & Gumroad Purchases

GDI Official sells digital products — including PDF guides, templates, toolkits, and other downloadable content — through Gumroad.

• Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered immediately via Gumroad download link or email. Ensure you use a valid email address at checkout.
• Personal License: All digital products are sold under a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license. You may use them for your own personal or business purposes.
• No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, share, redistribute, gift, copy, or sublicense our digital products — paid or free — to any third party without explicit written permission from GDI Official.
• No Unauthorized Reproduction: Our content may not be reproduced in whole or in part for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Access: Downloads are available through Gumroad's platform. We are not responsible for technical issues on Gumroad's end. If you experience access problems, contact us at supergab65@gmail.com.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service available at gumroad.com/terms.

05 Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we handle refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged but did not receive access to your download
• The product you received was materially different from what was described
• There was a technical error that prevented you from accessing the product, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days
• You were accidentally double-charged

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind after download
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing
• Claims that the content "did not work" without documented evidence of a defect
• Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date

• Not share pirated content, illegal material, or links to malicious sites
• Not impersonate GDI Official, George, or other community members
• Keep discussions relevant to the community's purpose
• Respect intellectual property — do not share paid content you obtained through GDI without authorization

GDI Official reserves the right to remove any content and ban any user from community spaces at our sole discretion, with or without warning, for violations of these guidelines or any behavior deemed harmful to the community.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

GDI Official provides all content, digital products, and services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of GDI Official shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

If you are located outside the Philippines, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any disputes arising from these Terms.

14 Changes to These Terms

GDI Official reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may notify users via email or a prominent notice on the website.

Your continued use of GDI Official after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please discontinue use of the Services.
